RETURN POLICY

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the day you received your shipment. No returns will be process after this time frame. Please be sure to include your order number, name, and the reason for return. You will then receive an e-mail with a return authorization to include in your return.

Returned items:

• All return products must be in their original NEW and unopened condition.
• 15% Restocking fee will be applied.
• Shipping and handling charge is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Receipt number required.

Exchange of Product:

To exchange the product purchased, please ship back your item to the address specified on the return label. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement will be issued on unopened product only. To Exchange the product, the shipping date must be within 14 days of purchase.

Wrong or Defective Product:

An exchange of product will occur for any items that are defective or are not the original ordered product. The item(s) will be shipped free but the product must be returned to the manufacturer within 14 days. The item will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping Policy:

All products purchased will be delivered between 7 to 10 business days. All returns will be shipped within 5 days of exchange and delivered within 10 to 14 business days
